I’ve always written, but in the mid-90s, underground zines were my first foray into publishing. I co-wrote and co-edited Worm Gear zine for 11 print issues and later for a while on the web, interviewing dozens of bands and writing hundreds of album reviews.
Additionally, I guest contributed to other zines, and all that ultimately led to writing a chapter in “Fight Your Own War,” published by Headpress Books from the UK.
My focus has shifted to writing short fiction, and I have had a story adapted into a short film and placed a handful of pieces with independent publishers in anthologies, chapbooks and newsletters. I continue to work to create a catalog of short stories and novellas.
